Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Some products may be sourced from trusted suppliers and processed through our facility before final delivery. This additional handling ensures quality checks and proper packaging.

We currently ship within South Africa.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

β€’ Standard Shipping Fee: R100 on orders under R999
β€’ Express Shipping Fee: R150

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

PawRide is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the courier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. PawRide is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pawride.co@gmail.com. within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
